Ingredients
1 pound 85% lean ground beef
1 package (8 ounces) fajita skillet sauce
2 packages (8.8 ounces each) cilantro limón jasmine rice
¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup fresh mild salsa
Chopped fresh cilantro and/or tortilla strips for garnish (optional)
Directions

1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; spray with cooking spray. Add beef; cook and stir 8 minutes or until brown, breaking up beef with side of spoon. Stir in sauce; cook and stir 1 minute or until heated through.

 

2. Prepare rice in microwave oven as label directs; stir into skillet. Makes about 4½ cups.

 

3. Top beef mixture with cheese and salsa; garnish with cilantro and/or tortilla strips, if desired.

 

Chef Tip: For individual servings, divide ingredients and prepare recipe in individual cast iron skillets; add toppings and serve directly in skillets.
